How are the payment methods integrated into my store?
We integrate the desired payment methods seamlessly into your order process via a plugin. Our white label payment methods are integrated without external forwarding, so you benefit from the highest conversion rates. The customer’s credit check is carried out within a few seconds so that there are no abandonments. There is no programming effort for you.
Which payment types are included in the accounting/accounts receivable service?
The fee to be paid is calculated on the gross shopping cart value (incl. VAT). The fee is calculated based on the customer’s selected payment method.
How is the payment fee charged?
You will receive an invoice with the fee to be paid in the following month.
How often will I receive the payouts of my money?
You can set the payment intervals yourself; you will receive the invoice amounts after 24 hours at the shortest intervals.
Exception: Credit card once a week and invoice at your own risk up to 24 hours after receipt of payment. If you require longer intervals, this is possible.

No, the payment methods are usually predefined on an online marketplace and an external payment method cannot be added.

As a rule, a percentage fee of the gross shopping cart value and a transaction fee are charged. The amount of the fees varies depending on the payment method.
