IS IDEAL-SERVICES is the personnel services division of the IDEAL-GROUP, which has over 600 employees. Our employees are permanently employed and are placed in a production-related role in companies in the Heilbronn region.
We are looking for a Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of new business customers from the initial contact through contract negotiations to the conclusion of the contract
- Applicant management and responsibility for needs-based, successful personnel recruitment
- Planning / scheduling as well as support and management of employees
Your profile:
- Commercial training or relevant professional experience
- Ideally practical experience in recruiting and existing customer support
- Convincing, personable demeanour with a strong service and customer focus
