In accordance with the applicable law, IDEAL Pack is required to employ sufficiently qualified personnel. In contrast to wholesalers or even manufacturers, there is no requirement for a responsible person in accordance with §52a AMG.
IDEAL Pack GmbH has been developing for almost 30 years now, first in Talheim and then in Heilbronn. During this time, it has been able to build up a large customer base, the majority of whom remain loyal to us. The basis for this customer loyalty is certainly the high quality that not only IDEAL Pack GmbH, but the entire IDEAL GROUP offers its customers. The aim is not to generate the highest possible output, but to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met. The IDEAL GROUP fulfills the needs, demands and requirements of its customers based on high quality.
Compliance with these principles – and thus the assurance and continuous improvement of quality – is a task for all employees in our company. To this end, we have created an IFS-certified organization based on the commitment of all our employees and the quality takes center stage. The aim is to increase quality awareness and motivation among all employees. The result: we reduce the cost of errors (error and inspection costs) and do not waste material and resources.
Therefore, all employees have the right and the duty to point out barriers to flawless quality. All managers are obliged to ensure compliance with the quality assurance measures and also to constantly monitor their effectiveness and adapt them to new circumstances.
Our quality assurance program with IFS and organic certification supports us in our continued success. We act according to the maxim: What benefits the customer and what adds value? Almost every activity in the company has a direct or indirect impact on the customer. All employees must be constantly aware of this, which means continuous improvement, error prevention instead of error elimination and a systematically professional approach.
