The guidelines for our actions

In a way, our company philosophy goes back to a family tree that already contains the values of order, cleanliness, a sense of duty and fairness in its roots. By constantly developing these criteria, quality and reliability flourish, which in turn culminate in the all-important customer satisfaction.

To satisfy and protect your end user, the customer and us, …

  • we have regularly audited IFS and organic certificates
  • we pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness so that the medication/cosmetic products are not adversely affected.
  • we prevent the malicious modification of medicines/cosmetics by third parties.
  • we always store the goods within the logistics halls.
  • our employees communicate deviations in the goods or within the framework of internal processes directly to their superiors.
  • we work according to the specifications of our superiors and the work instructions.
  • we respect and control each other.

In accordance with the applicable law, IDEAL Pack is required to employ sufficiently qualified personnel. In contrast to wholesalers or even manufacturers, there is no requirement for a responsible person in accordance with §52a AMG.

Our quality policy

IDEAL Pack GmbH has been developing for almost 30 years now, first in Talheim and then in Heilbronn. During this time, it has been able to build up a large customer base, the majority of whom remain loyal to us. The basis for this customer loyalty is certainly the high quality that not only IDEAL Pack GmbH, but the entire IDEAL GROUP offers its customers. The aim is not to generate the highest possible output, but to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met. The IDEAL GROUP fulfills the needs, demands and requirements of its customers based on high quality.

  • Quality & safety

    Quality has the highest priority in the IDEAL GROUP. We are committed to complying with the standards and legal requirements necessary for production according to customer specifications.

    Product quality and product and consumer safety are among our top priorities for good reason. We have not only installed a comprehensive quality management system for this purpose – proven by our organic and IFS certificates. We also believe that the quality of our services reflects the expertise of our staff. This generates a high level of customer satisfaction and binds customers to our company.

    We keep our promises to our external and internal customers. We meet their requirements, which is reflected in our adherence to deadlines and technical specifications.

  • Environment & Sustainability

    We are aware of our ecological responsibility. All laws and regulations relating to the environment and energy are implemented. All stages of production are implemented as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible.

    We collect cardboard, film and scrap metal in fractions and return them to the recycling cycle. This is made possible by investing in a process for bundling recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic film, sheet metal), which are highly compacted and then transported away and recycled.

    We produce green electricity with our own plants. So much so that we not only significantly reduce CO2 emissions, but also operate almost 100% of our systems with green electricity.

    In order to make our mobility as environmentally friendly as possible, we have converted our company vehicles to electric or hybrid drives in recent years. With around a dozen charging points on our company premises, we provide sufficient capacity for this.

  • Customer orientation & satisfaction

    We are dependent on our customers and therefore want to understand current and future customer needs, fulfill the resulting requirements and strive to exceed expectations.

    The IDEAL GROUP aims to reliably provide its customers with the services and products to be delivered at an economical price in the agreed quality and scope of services. The resulting expectations and requirements as well as other technical, economic and scheduling agreements from the contract are fulfilled and thus contribute to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

  • Personnel responsibility & resources

    We are aware of our responsibility towards our employees and act accordingly. No one is disadvantaged at the IDEAL GROUP because of their age, gender, race, nationality or ideology. We also treat our employees just as honestly and loyally as we do our customers and suppliers. Employees are trained, supported and protected.

    We are committed to providing sufficient resources in terms of personnel and equipment in order to be able to carry out all processes to the required high quality.

Compliance with these principles – and thus the assurance and continuous improvement of quality – is a task for all employees in our company. To this end, we have created an IFS-certified organization based on the commitment of all our employees and the quality takes center stage. The aim is to increase quality awareness and motivation among all employees. The result: we reduce the cost of errors (error and inspection costs) and do not waste material and resources.

Therefore, all employees have the right and the duty to point out barriers to flawless quality. All managers are obliged to ensure compliance with the quality assurance measures and also to constantly monitor their effectiveness and adapt them to new circumstances.

Our quality assurance program with IFS and organic certification supports us in our continued success. We act according to the maxim: What benefits the customer and what adds value? Almost every activity in the company has a direct or indirect impact on the customer. All employees must be constantly aware of this, which means continuous improvement, error prevention instead of error elimination and a systematically professional approach.
