Over 200 marketplaces are currently supported and we are constantly integrating new marketplaces.

How does the integration of marketplaces work?

We integrate the desired marketplaces through intelligent automation via available interfaces (APIs). This means that all available data is automatically imported and processed. Processing takes place in real time for most marketplaces. As a result, order processing, returns, payment processing and much more are handled automatically via IDEAL 360. All reporting data can also be found in IDEAL 360.

Can I select which products are available on which marketplaces?

Yes, you can list all of your products on all marketplaces, or select individually which products should be listed on which marketplaces. Individual product descriptions and prices are also possible at any time.

Do I need to be able to program?

No, the integration of the marketplaces is done by us. You don’t have to worry about anything.

Can I add more marketplaces later?

Additional marketplaces can be added at any time. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is always transmitted in encrypted form and is processed in a cloud hosted in Germany.
