Which countries can I sell to via the Merchant of Record Service?
We ship your products throughout the EU. Other countries can be realized individually.
Do I have to hand over all services to Merchant of Record?
No, you do not have to book all services through us. It is only necessary that the online store, the marketplaces (if available), the warehouse, shipping, returns and payment processing are handled by us. All other services such as marketing, customer service, procurement, etc. can continue to be provided entirely by you or other partners.
Which products can I sell via Merchant of Record?
We offer the option of distributing almost all products via our Merchant of Record service. With 53,000 m² of storage space in Germany, we offer you enough space to store and ship your products.
When will I receive the income via the Merchant of Record Service?
You receive the sales generated online on a monthly basis.
How does shipping to the buyers work?
Your products are shipped to the buyers via our shipping service providers in accordance with your instructions. You run a concession warehouse in our areas here, where the products are automatically purchased from your warehouse at the time of ordering and are packed, prepared and shipped by us. You simply deliver the goods to our warehouse and we take care of the rest.
How does the returns process work?
Returns are also processed by us. These are checked according to your requirements and then stored again or sent for recycling. Refunds are also processed via our service.
How does accounting work?
Our merchant of record service includes accounts receivable accounting by our in-house experts. Invoice reconciliation, payment processing, OSS registration, refunds and dunning procedures are handled in full by our service. We also provide customer support for any queries regarding payments and invoices.
