IDEAL 360 centrally integrates e-commerce processes
IDEAL 360 is the central control platform for modern e-commerce: It automates and integrates all systems involved in e-commerce, from online stores and marketplaces to ERP systems, inventory management software, and shipping, as well as Payment, accounting, Marketing, customer service, and returns. As a fully API-first solution, it integrates existing system landscapes via standardized interfaces, while the headless front-end framework offers maximum creative freedom in designing the customer experience.
