With our eBay interface, you can turn eBay Fulfillment into a stable component of your e-commerce strategy. Orders are automatically transferred, stock levels are synchronized and shipments are sent reliably – including tracking feedback and a structured returns process. We take care of incoming goods, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns for you – tailored to your eBay strategy and product ranges. This reduces internal costs, avoids errors and provides you with a solid basis for further growth via eBay and additional channels.
Our connection links your eBay account – or your existing system such as Billbee, plentymarkets, JTL or ChannelEngine – directly with our Fulfillment. Orders arrive automatically, are created as orders and processed in the correct order. After dispatch, we play back tracking, dispatch status and stock changes so that your eBay store and your customers are always up to date.
We determine together which statuses we use for this and what the processes look like exactly – for example, when an order goes into the warehouse, how express or eBay Plus orders are handled or how multichannel orders are processed centrally.
