home24 Fulfillment

Logistics for the furniture marketplace

Quality at the highest level.

With our home24 interface, your sales on the home24 marketplace are seamlessly integrated into our logistics processes. Orders are automatically transferred, stocks are synchronized cleanly and shipments are sent reliably – including tracking and a structured returns process. This makes home24 Fulfillment a stable anchor for your Home & Living strategy.

What makes good home24 Fulfillment

home24 is one of Europe’s largest platforms for furniture and home & living products, featuring a wide product range, long supply chains, and often bulky items. This places special demands on storage, handling, and shipping. A well-implemented home24 Fulfillment system ensures that delivery times are met, service promises are fulfilled, and customer ratings remain stable.

We handle the receipt of goods, storage, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of your home24 orders—including returns and reprocessing. This allows you to focus on product assortment development, purchasing, and Marketing, while we reliably handle the logistics behind the scenes.

Automatic import of home24 orders into our Fulfillment system
Feedback of shipping status, tracking links and stock changes to your system and home24
Support for bulky items, multi-part shipments and longer delivery windows
Integration of ERP or marketplace tools (e.g. Xentral, ChannelEngine) into a central setup
